Lots of Data to PHP and SQL Database

I'm going to be sending various bits of data back and fourth from different tabs in HTML using JavaScript to PHP and then to a SQL database. I wanted to ask if there was a way for me to just encode all of that data using JSON, or would it be better to use multiple PHP scripts.

It would help to have details on what you are actually doing, rather than your attempt at doing it.
To save time, lets just assume I am almost never wrong.

    The XY Problem
The XY problem is asking about your attempted solution (X) rather than your actual problem (Y). This leads to enormous amounts of wasted time and energy, both on the part of people asking for help, and on the part of those providing help.

All string data must be UTF-8 encoded. .... Like the reference JSON encoder, json_encode() will generate JSON that is a simple value (that is, neither an object nor an array). Some
web Development companies might have public .json files located that you can access and extract data from (an API you can connect to).
