    Php 7.2.0 released

PHP 7.2.0 was just released yesterday. Many improvements and new features. Time to RTFM.
To save time, lets just assume I am almost never wrong.

    The XY Problem
The XY problem is asking about your attempted solution (X) rather than your actual problem (Y). This leads to enormous amounts of wasted time and energy, both on the part of people asking for help, and on the part of those providing help.

Do you know any good PHP 7 tutorials on Youtube? I sadly can't find any, as they seem to teach PHP 5.6 with the PDO statements

If it's 5.6 with PDO, it fully applies. PDO did not change... you want to know the differences I would suggest just reading PHP.NET's migrations guide:
PHP: Migrating from PHP 5.6.x to PHP 7.0.x - Manual

But then personally I've never been able to learn a damned thing of value from a Youtube video. The endless gaff, lack of text, often a lack of proper transcripts, inability to directly refer to what they are saying, annoying accents... how do people learn that way?

I'm more of a RTFM type.
I would rather have questions that can't be answered, than answers that can't be questioned.
