    Question Want Script to Search a table

    Hai all,
    I want a PHP script to search my table.

    My table is of the form as given below:

    Table name:team

    Field 1:name eg:-Martin Joe
    Field 2:Extn No eg:-74451
    Field 3:Contact No eg:-9443512310
    Field 4:Emp No eg:-100345
    Field 5:Email ID eg:-martin.joe@abc.com
    Field 6:DOB eg:-27 Mar

    Please anyone code a search script for me based on the above details.

    I've been reviewing your posting patterns. You need to search before you start a new thread. People aren't just going to write your scripts for you, not without compensation. If you need someone to do it, then try the paid work offers and requests forum, otherwise show some initiative.

    PHP MySQL tutorials:

    Try that link, you should find numerous resources for learning to code in PHP and SQL.

    What you need to do is create a function that will create an SQL query that will return results based on filtered criteria using logical operators. But you don't specify what criteria you need, this should usually be left to the user who is searching to allow ultimate flexibility and to allow them to find what they want easier.

    If you have problems with any code, post your problem here and we will help you. But we can't just start this for you. You won't learn that way, and you don't give enough details regardless.
