Screen capturing / Video recording Device [$2500 USD]

    1) Project Details:

This is a possible long term job.

I need a very talented and experienced programmer, who can turn a video capturing device into a website.
This might sound odd, but my aim is to have a website that does not rely on external devices or softwares, to capture and record a gameplay on screens.

    - I want to be able to record my screen while playing on notable consoles like the PS3, or XBOX 360.
    - Console games do not allow software installations, so my best bet is to have a portable thing like a website, doing the job.

This website must be able to record game plays on both the xbox360 and PS3, without any installation required.

EDIT: I'm not entirely sure if it's possible to realize such a project, since nobody else has done it before, but if you can then wonderful.

    2) Payment method/ details:

$2500 USD through paypal. In 15 days.
Most likely a long term position, getting paid for maintenance.

Im sure that the games are not web based nor offer an API for this sort of thing. Aside from that the SDK's do not fit into your budget. This eliminates all possibilities for what you are asking.

So what you will have to do in order to make this work is to provide instructions for your clients/users to connect their console to their computer. Then your idea is feasible within your budget. From there its matter of developing the program and website.

Before you make such a large venture, you really should who your target audience is. Is the idea feasible, what is the cost, etc. Just because its a good idea, does not mean that you dont have to research it.
Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, where the heck is the ceiling.
