I have a small business and we just started to offer financing. Our estimates are all paperless and I can add code to them. I was able to find the code for a payment calculator that works with estimate but it outputs a table where variables need to be filled out. The desired output would look like:

If you financed "Job:Total" for 132 months at 9.99% your payment would be ___
If you financed "Job:Total" for 47 months at 7.99% your payment would be____
If you financed "Job:Total" for 37 months at 5.99% your payment would be____

Here is the script for the table I'm currently using. I would really like to see how the output can be changed into something other than a table. Coding this stuff is really cool. I trying to learn as much as I can. Thank you for any help.

<script language="JavaScript">
function showpay() {
if ((document.calc.loan.value == null || document.calc.loan.value.length == 0) ||
(document.calc.months.value == null || document.calc.months.value.length == 0)
(document.calc.rate.value == null || document.calc.rate.value.length == 0))
{ document.calc.pay.value = "Incomplete data";
var princ = document.calc.loan.value;
var term = document.calc.months.value;
var intr = document.calc.rate.value / 1200;
document.calc.pay.value = princ * intr / (1 - (Math.pow(1/(1 + intr), term)));

// payment = principle * monthly interest/(1 - (1/(1+MonthlyInterest)*Months))

// -->
