Copying Barcodes - need some advice

I want to take an existing PDF - a label from a courier and reposition all objects and scale up or down.

One of the items is a barcode.
How can I read this and move it and resize?
If taken as an image, I'm afraid of losing the quality.
How could I read and keep in exact form - regardless of how I scale?

    Thanks.

You might be able to do it with FPDI:
    https://www.setasign.com/products/fp...fferent-boxes/

It loads the PDF file and extracts 'boxes' from that PDF, then you assemble into a new PDF for output.

But ... FPDI is not free.

It says it is free, but not free for any PDF versions above 4.1, which is just about everything.

FPDI works as an extension of classes to FPDF, which is free. Can also be used with TCPDF.

Here they describe the "free" version VS paid version:

I actually did purchase the developer license a couple of years ago and use FPDI on a lot various PDF applications, mostly to write text and images on top of an existing PDF and generate a "new" PDF for output. It is pretty cool.
