    Internal link checking

I'm trying to help an organization clean up their WordPress site. The previous webmaster left things in shambles with dead links, outdated content, and no structure.

One of my goals is to clear out dead links and misleading links in content. As they've got 160 pages, half of which are outdated, is there any simple tool I can use to find out which internal links or pointing to a page?

For example, they have two pages that are essentially the same content. They have links pointing into both pages. I'd like to keep page A but delete page B, then find any links pointing to page B and redirect them to page A.

I wasn't sure if there's some sort of where-used tool you can use for URLs and internal linking, WordPress plugin or otherwise. Any ideas?
