Are JavaScript Obfuscator programs good solutions against code-copying?
Is it true that its fast?

false, takes seconds to break it.

HTML, JavaScipt, CSS are open source. Deal with it.

code obfuscators do nothing to prevent code copying.

They add a few extra minutes to figuring out how to exploit your code if it is exploitable.

However, it will speed up the load time of scripts as it reduces their file size by a significant amount, sometimes up to 50% decrease in size.

But yeah, once you give something to the client, they can see it, welcome to Net. and **** DRM.

obfuscating Javascript is slightly more useful than obfuscating HTML. Anyone who knows how can get their browser to display the clear text version of the HTML for them. Getting the clear text of a javascript involves a little more work but since the content itself has to contain some code to convert the rest it is just a matter of identifying that part.
