I am the owner of MirroredWhite: designs. It is my web design company. I plan to offer pre-made gaming clan templates and will take on custom work as well.

I am looking for a full time coder. I do the design in photoshop, slice it and I hand it off to you to code. All profits are split 50/50. All money is sent via PayPal. You will be accredited with all coding work done by yourself, as I will be accredited with all the graphical work done by me.

For the pre-made templates they will need to have full working admin panels. One place where the admin/owner can login and change all the content on the site. This will need to be done in PHP and MySQL. The general idea though is to have one main version of the admin panel, but to have it coded in a way that is very scaleable, so when I design a new one, you can simply just apply the already made admin panel.

The general process for all the work being done will be: I design the website, slice it in photoshop, send you the output, you code it in HTML/CSS, then integrate PHP/MySQL so it can be managed dynamically through an admin panel.

For the most part I can do all of the coding work, somewhat new to PHP and MySQL but I am looking to hire someone to do it for me. As I don't really enjoy doing it, it's not efficient, and it's really just too much work for me to do on my own, in the scale of a business.

As soon as you are hired, I'm going to need you to code the main site, for MWd. I already have it designed it just needs to be coded. Following you will need to code the first pre-made template which I aswell already have designed. You will also need to code the admin panel. From there it will be custom work and other pre-made templates that will need to be coded. Future pre-made templates will be quicker after you code the first one as you will just have to code the main site, and then just apply the admin panel which you would have already made.

As for deadlines, I'm not really sure what to say. ASAP is always best. I would say 2 weeks max for each project that has to be entirely coded with a new admin panel. 1 week max to code an entire site, with the admin panel already made and just needing to be applied to the site.

I am open to any suggestions and am willing to compromise as long as you are hard working, self motivated, and get quality work done in a timely manner. If you have any more questions at all feel free to post or e-mail me(Zonezero5@gmail.com) and I will do my best to answer your questions.

If you are interested in being hired full time please e-mail at the above address with any questions, any recommedations from other people you've worked / done jobs for, any links to existing works made by yourself, and why you think you should be hired.

Hope to hear from you soon.

This is my 1st appearence here. I have understood your requirement. Someone might not be keen to work if you might want to share revenue after generating profits. Isn't it?

If you are offering a job as you have rightly mentioned, you should be offering a salary too.

What are your thoughts on my observation?

Also, in addition to above, if you're just doing the graphics and the other guy is doing the markup, styling, programming and database, money shouldn't be split 50/50.

Where are you located? How often do you get work for templates? etc?
