Ok i have NEVER done a feedback form of any sort so some help and advice is really appreciated anyway here is the html:

does that look right to you? i carnt find a decent tutorial to help me out :( especially with the subject selection part!

Change your select to subject along with label. You have used email twice. Does your web host support any type of server side language? The mailto can't be relied on as it opens the users default mail client. Often this isn't setup properly so your form because useless the user then has to take your email address and use another online email system.

i think it does to tell the truth i dont know, the contact page isn't actually giong to get used in a life situation at the moment well not untill i get my own hosting This is more for show on my university site for now but in the next few months i will need something similar so people can contact me through the website im going to create :thumbsup:

oh and thanks for pointing the email thing out to me i didnt notice that :|
