<meta http-equiv='Refresh' content="1;URL=webpage.com">
OR
<script language="Javascript" >
setTimeout("window.location='http://www.webpage.com'",1000)
</script>

OR (if you want intant redirection)
<script language=Javascript>
window.loaction='http://www.webpage.com'
</script>

If you replaced the former HTML page with a PHP one, all you can do is have patience until it gets spidered again; if it's still there, you could place a meta redirect or a link to the correct page. Make sure you remove any content that may be picked up by a spider to prevent it from remaining in the SE indexes.
