hey guys any feedback for my first (paid) site :).

the domain just got transfered so hopefully u are seeing the right page...the background should be black.

I still have a lot of minor adjustments to make, such as giving the large images gold borders and makin a flash intro to the site...but the main idea is there...thanx for the help

I didn't see any errors :D and I like the design. But I do think the site could use a bit of contrast. It is all so dark, even though I understand that its meant to be like that :) There is a clear structure, but in my opinion the bold white on the dark black makes the descriptions of the photo's hard to read. But that's my opinion :) Also, what is that tiny little visit-yahoo square doing at the left bottom of your pages? :)

Maybe a background resembling dark photopaper would do nice. It seems a bit 'amateuristic', just that black background, and a bit of pattern would definately be an improvement. The solid black has been done thousands of times already, and after all the 'terrible' designs I saw it with it kind of got the label amateuristic in my mind.

Someone else can go all about code and semantics. All I am saying.. table layout? Yours could easily be replaced by a table-free layout. :)

But it looks awsome! Keep it up :)

Nice work! I would however advice you to skip the effect where the images change upon hovering the thumbnails. A clickable link would be more appropriate.

There are some validation issues (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Flenblauphoto.com%2Findex.html) that shouldn't be that difficult to fix. Good luck with your website!

hey thanx for the tips...ive fixed up a lot of minor problems and made it look a lot better in Firefox...About the background....I don't know what you mean by dark photopaper...as in just dark grey? Anyhoo, the site was constructed because my client liked another photographer's website who had the same mouseover image script...so i don't think i should change it.. :D You think i should give instructions for it?
