Can someone take a look at this mp3 player and let me know what you think?

I've looked for reviews but couldn't find any.

Seems standard, and seems ok -- I've never used Durabrand, so I'm not sure. But I'd imagine it's fine. Just don't let them, or Best Buy, install it. Circuit City's ok, if you have one around -- I learned that Wal-Mart and K-mart (including Best Buy), the ones that have installation available, use hot glue, instead of using molds/clips to install. This will go to crap after three years on your wires -- I had issues, and so did many friends of mine. If you do use them, just tell them no hot glue.

But you can probably do it yourself with the 20 dollar 'car kit' if you ask them.

sorry couldn't be of much help

I've actually heard that Circuit City doesn't hire the best people for installing stereo systems in your car. On the other hand, if you install it yourself and make a mess of it, you don't have anyone to blame. :p

It doesn't look like you can plug an amp into though but I don't know if that is a problem for you or not. Other than that, it is kind of an off brand, which isn't necessarily bad. I wouldn't trust Wal-Mart to install it either, ideally see if one of your friends knows how and have them do it. :)

It doesn't look too bad for what you're paying for it. It includes a 1 year warranty, but you might look into that a little more as well. As far as installation, it really isn't hard to do it yourself....just read the manual, it tells all. Good luck!
