What would you find handy in the Appendix of a JavaScript book?

Should I include an HTML reference?
What types of JavaScript references would you like to see?

I have a limited amount of pages to work with so I am trying to figure out what people see as important.

For those wondering why I am asking this, I am writing
JavaScript: Your visual blueprint(tm) for building dynamic Web pages, 2nd Edition (http://www.wiley.com/WileyCDA/WileyTitle/productCd-0764574973.html) and I am also finished with it. (I did not write the discription of the book and I do not believe in what is said there 100%!!)

I'd include a list of commonly used proprietary code. Like document.all and many similar. So you can say "if you use any of these lines of code, then your code is not cross browser compliant"

Web links to JavaScript tools, references and utilities.
