There is a lot of code on this page
http://www.countyfairgrounds.net/findanevent/findanevent.php
I am having trouble with h4 in the content section - middle of page - event names - when hovered over turn black, that is okay - but when clicked on turn white and that is not okay and I cannot figure out how its happening - maybe bootstrap?

here is the code for that hearder

#content h4 {
font-weight:bold;
font-size:15px;
text-decoration:underline;
margin:6px 0px 6px 30px;

}
#content h4 a:link, #content h5 a:visited {
color:#990000;

}
#content h4 a:hover {
color:#000000;

}

If I understand right, you want to get rid of the white link colors that come up after visiting?

There is a line in 'findanevent.css' that should cause the problem:
section.sociallinks a:link, a:visited {
color: #ffffff;
}

ah, but no - the social link visted thing is in a different division
the link that is turning white is my #contenth4 link in the upper divsion of the toggle box. Its the name of the event link - so its not the social link

It doesn't turn white on my end when I click on it. Did you try emptying your cache?
