View Full Version : Twitter radius search using current location

1) Project Details:
A text box to enter a search query plus a drop-down that has numerical values for a mile search radius that then outputs to a Twitter search showing results within the radius of current location.

Example Twitter radius search: https://twitter.com/search?q=pluckers%20geocode%3A30.298797%2C-97.720310%2C5mi&src=typd

So the text box is easy and the "5mi" is easy. The actual geocode needs to come from current location. This code may very well work for that: http://www.bennadel.com/blog/2023-Geocoding-A-User-s-Location-Using-Javascript-s-GeoLocation-API.htm

Does this make sense? I'm just so rusty with code and I don't have the time, but I know this is a relatively easy project.

Here (https://odesk-prod-att.s3.amazonaws.com/Assignments:201804877:AttachedDocument?AWSAccessKeyId=1XVAX3FNQZAFC9GJCFR2&Expires=1351797102&Signature=5Zbbcz19fYLf8FA9MrsQhpI0r50%3D) is a wireframe (sort of)

Lastly, this page will be inserted into a Wordpress theme, but that should be easy enough for me to do.

2) Payment method/ details:
Paypal ASAP or any other safe method.
