Hello friends

Let me explain the case :
I am customizing a template , so far Ive doing reasonably good until I got stuck with the a problem on the form :
neither radiobuttons nor checkboxes are renderized.

Where there should be those radiobuttons and checkboxes there is a blank.

The culprit is : jquery.jqtransform.js.

I commented this script out of the code and the damn radiobuttons come up.
Despite the pict slider with this removal becomes out of operation and the neat form appearance is jeopardized.

I think as the author included a very simple 3 fields form , he has written css neither for the radiobuttons nor for the checkboxes. (?)

I had another trouble with cufon , which was commented out of the html code , as it prevented the accented vowels to be renderized.

Maybe cufon has not been written considering latin languages. (?)

The page with form was uploaded so that volunteers may take a look if they want to.

Thank you very much for any help you give.
