Can anyone enlighten me on wat the following means? Especially the meaning of the numbers and letters...

document.write("<img src=" + fill("525912e2e2") + ".jpg")

It's dynamically (JS) writing an image tag to the document, getting the src - the image url - as the return value of a function fill(...) that's declared somewhere or other. Hard to say what this does w/o seeing it, although it obviously involves that passed string ("525912e2e2").
