here's a good trick - take two common words that aren't normally used together, and put them together. eg: mousecarpet, tablebanana, secretcup ... you get the idea. What you end up with is something reasonably memorable for which the domain name is likely to be still available.

Works for me

I decided to go with DomainWebDesigns.com Its a little long but i dont think it too hard to remember and it explains what the site about with out even going to it...

Any objections...I have 30 days to cancel

What I love is scientific names. Like Absolute Zero, Freezing Point, Terminal Velocity, and Inertia to name a few. Combine these with the above methods and you'll have something really creative! :D Also, I think alliteration works well. If you are going a garden site, you could copy the W3C address and have G3.org (Gorgeous Green Grass) I think those work really well. Hope these start the flow of ideas! :D
