I haven't time at the moment to check your code; here's just a possibility:
Are you aware that in JavaScrip the months are numbered 0-11 insted of 1-12?

??? There are *NO* grey-ed out dates on the Costa Rica site.

And when I try to make a reservation for grey-ed out dates on the Jamaica site, I get this message:

Your reservation:
Sorry, the cottage is already occupied during that period.

So what are you talking about?

I just tried to make a reservation from April 15 to April 21. I get this message:
You can simply click on the Pay Now button and complete your Checkout process throu PayPal.
PayPal is a free service, your card details are never shared with any third party and it allows
you to send payment immediately, and safely.

Your reservation:
From 2012-04-15 to 2012-04-21 (6 days), 1 adults, 0 children.
Price: US$900
Confirm this reservation:

That is what I am talking about.

Right you are. A bug.

But what does this have to do with JavaScript?

That page that shows the cost or, when I tested it, the "already reserved", is PHP code.

The check for already reserved is *NOT* being made in JavaScript code, at all.

Go ask in the PHP forum and be prepared to show the PHP code, which we can't see.
