View Full Version : Z-Index issue? Text layered behind photo. PopBox Script.

I tried posting the code but it's too long...

Page address:

Click first or second photo, pops up fine, bottom text is behind the photo. You can view the JS by viewing source etc, sorry I can't fit it here.

I spent 2-3 hours trying to figure out the problem but I'm new to JS and it looks like pretty convoluted code I'm using (obviously didn't write it myself, it's by "PopBox.")

Thanks for any time spent helping me, pre-appreciated.

Just want you to know that I am working on this.
The problem is in your css file.
Hope you are still here.

Ok answer to your problem is

body {
margin: 0 auto;
padding: 0;
text-align: center;
width: 600px;
line-height: 10px; <-- I think this is what you want you had 0px

I see another problem with a box under large image. Where did this come from??

line-height. holy crap. it's always something stupid simple like that.

i'm not sure about that box. that was a background for the text programmed into the JS css and i think i was toying with the padding or margin to try to solve this problem.

i should have disabled all my CSS before posting this to see if that was the problem. well, now i've learned my lesson...

damnit... now i can't figure out what that stupid little pink box was... i think it's in the JS file.

"where did this come from?"

yeah, i totally forgot. wanna race and find out where it is?

(smacks forehead)
