on home page of www.lws-lumhs.com i m using content box for slide scrolling text with this coding:

i m having problem that the right column is appearing somewat below.. when i remove this html code the ryt column restore to its original position... if i remove one of the two </div> in the last the right column come to left on paragraph side... if i put three </div> in last it cause problem... help me... its my 6th post in this forum regarding this coding error but still not solve... anyother coding for showing the same slide with no error????:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

Well, I can only say that you should fix all HTML errors (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.lws-lumhs.com%2F) at first. This will most likely also fix the issue you are currently having.
If you don’t understand some of the errors or don’t know how to fix ’em we can and will certainly help you. So go ahead and fix he errors step by step and come back when you’re stuck or fixing them didn’t fix the problem in question.

problem in last 2 </div>
when i remove one of them... then the right column restore to normal... but the text on the bottom including facebook liking button disappear.... wen i put it again the bottow things restore but the right column deviates from its original position... how to remove this error... i m using content box

As VIP said, you should really fix your markup errors first. This may in fact fix your specific issue as well. If not then its easier to help you. Either way, your validation errors need to be fixed if you expect your site to be cross browser compliant and to work properly.

You have a 2 column layout here but your floats are in the wrong order. If you want to float only #fw-sidebar then it needs to come before #fw-blockContainer in the markup.

If you want to float both, this bit highlighted in red may help you -
