In Firefox, the image at the bottom of the sidebar is positioned perfectly. In IE8 ... it is completely outside of the bottom sidebar box (box2). Can someone help me get it right in IE8?

This should do it:

Remove the <img>
and

#sidebarcontactus .box2 {
height: 527px;
margin-top: 10px;
background: #000000 url(http://billboardfamily.com/wp-content/themes/mensa/assets/images/partners_image.png) bottom center no-repeat;
text-align: left;
padding: 5px 10px;
-moz-border-radius: 8px;
-webkit-border-radius: 8px;
-khtml-border-radius: 8px;
behavior: url(/border-radius.htc);
border-radius: 8px;

}

That actually makes the image repeat in the sidebar???? ok. any ideas now? that seems like it would have worked.

I guess it's on me!
I can see that i have posted I with a syntax that may cause problems.
try this line instead;
background: #000000 url(http://billboardfamily.com/wp-content/themes/mensa/assets/images/partners_image.png) no-repeat scrool bottom center;

There was a slight typo in your code "scrool". Changed it to scroll. Everything looks good in Firefox still. The image is still repeating in IE8...so nothing changed.

Anyone know the answer? This is very confusing.
