Resolution of my webpage was change

Good day!

I have my problem with the output of my webpage. the browser that i used is IE 8.0 and i created my webpage in macromedia dreamweaver...

This problem was i encountered two times already i don't know why it happens in my webpage..my webpage was fixed on my monitor but now the scroll bar was appear...


I don't know what should i do to fixed again my webpage everytime i view my webpages...

Either your browser's working window size has changed or you changed the resolution of the monitor if no changes have been made to web site since the last time it appeared normal to you.
