Hi there im having a problem with my site

the thing is if you view it in firefox it works exactly like i want.. but in internet explorer the box with the overflow and position:absolute completly messes up.. i have no idea what to do about it so im hoping someone can help me?

also i have a general question.. how do i do so that when people edit their profile text they dont have to type it in html? because most people in there dont know stuff like <br /> and so on to make a line break..

thanks in advance
best regards

Nothing to wonder about how IE renders your page. To expect a cross browser compatible display, you need to supply a valid markup. For this, first and foremost, you need to have a complete DOCTYPE (http://www.alistapart.com/articles/doctype/)at the top of your page. I'd recommend an HTML strict one.

After that, validate your page and fix the errors in it (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Ffraggit.dk%2Fprofil.php%3Fid%3D2%23thumb).
