My CSS navigation menu code displays properly in IE & Firefox but the navigation menu aligns too far to the right in Safari. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I've used the following code for my navigation menu in css:

#menu {
float: center;
width: 550px;
height: 43px;
margin: 1px 0 0 360px;
padding: 0 0 0 0;

#menu ul {
float: right;
margin: 0px;
padding: 0 0 0 0;
width: 610px;
list-style: none;

#menu ul li {
display: inline;

#menu ul li a {
float: left;
padding: 12px 0 0 0;
text-align: center;
font-size: 13px;
text-align: center;
text-decoration: none;
background: url(images/menu.png) no-repeat;
width: 101px;
height: 32px;
font-size: 15px;
outline: none;
color: #fff;

#menu li a:hover, #menu li .current {
background: url(images/menu_2.png) no-repeat;

Could be the float:center; on your #menu. float: center; does not exist. Here is a helpful link (http://www.pmob.co.uk/pob/centred-float.htm) regarding centering and floats, and here is a link on float property definitions (http://www.w3schools.com/css/pr_class_float.asp).

You have
#menu {
margin: 1px 0 0 360px;

Is 360px not pushing it to the right a bit too much, 360 is a lot
