View Full Version : HTML/Page Height Containing Absolutely Positioned Elements

Hi everyone, I'm trying to find the height of an HTML page containing absolutely positioned elements. From my limited understanding of html style properties, an element that is absolutely positioned is not part of the document flow. While these absolutely positioned elements do cause the scroll bars to appear when they overflow beyond the browser viewport, the HTML/Body height remains 0. Since the browser knows when to show the scroll bars, I think there _should_ be a way to get the height.. Any help/suggestions much appreciated
