I have table design and need to transform to DIV system.

How is correct way to do right image (on the right hand side is sample advertising image).

As I understand middle part can have added DIV element with absolute value or relative.

Is this correct as I have already heading/middle/footer elements...Can you supply sample code to do this?

<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"

<style type="text/css">
* { margin: 0;
padding: 0;

<table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" bgcolor="orange" width="100%">
<tr><td style="width:1008px"><img src="images/tr_image.gif"style="width:1008px;height:121px;" alt=""><h3>Header part</h3></td><td bgcolor="black" width="1"><img src="images/tr_image.gif" width="1" height="121" alt=""></td><td width="100%"><img src="images/tr_image.gif" width="313" height="1" alt=""></td></tr>
<h2>Middle part</h2>
<td bgcolor="orange" width="1"><img src="images/tr_image.gif" width="1" height="1" alt=""></td>
<td width="313" style="background:url(images/mypicture2.jpg);background-repeat:no-repeat"><img src="images/tr_image.gif" width="313" height="1" alt=""></td>
