I am trying to keep my code Symantec!

What does anti virus software have to do with your site? :D
Anyway, what do you think is unsemantic with a line break? That’s what the element is made for, it has no other meaning you would misinterpret by using it that way. You could, however, use a list if you like.

Hello jarv,
Have you considered using a Definition List (http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_dl.asp)? Works well where you have a list like your with repeated heading/list stylings.
Try something like this -

<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
<title>Untitled Document</title>
<style type="text/css">
html, body {
font: 12px/17px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
background: #FC6;
color: #484747;
#container {
width: 800px;
margin: 30px auto;
background: #999;
overflow: auto;
dl {
width: 200px;
margin: 10px 0 10px 10px;
padding: 10px;
float: left;
background: #fff;
dt {
padding:10px 0px 0px 0px;
color: #ed2155;
dd {margin: 0;}
<div id="container">
<dd>School Name</dd>
<dd>Address Line 1</dd>
<dd>Address Line 2</dd>
<dd>Starts - Thursday 1 April</dd>
<dd>Ends - Thursday 29 April</dd>
<dd>Every Thursday 4:30pm</dd>
<dd> Free!</dd>
<!--end container--></div>
