1) i want to link the text which is present in the middle of the page as i linked the text "Format" with # but as page main link is to white and here the background is white thats y it cant be viewed i want this text present in middle of the page can be viewed while it is linked to any other page

2)when u scroll down to the page there is a white line present which i cannot remove please help me solving these things shall be thankful.

Add
#apDiv25 a{
color:#000;
} into your CSS.

Using absolute positions everywhere to make a layout is a bad practice. Read http://www.tyssendesign.com.au/articles/css/absolute-positioning-pitfalls/
