Is w3shools.com enough to learn about the html and CSS if someone is a learner for this?

I think it is.
I learned xhtml, css and javascript with w3schools and I think I can say that i program good for a beginner.

It's a good site to know about specific CSS properties and HTMl tags, though you can't really "learn" it well without practice.
PS: http://htmldog.com/ is also worth a look.

I love w3schools. It's a great reference and their tutorials are simple and to the point but you cant learn anything without trying it for yourself and experiencing and overcoming errors/problems/bugs on your own.

Go with W3 school. i have good experience of it...
