On this page (http://stevenlean.com/blog/i-am-revealing-all)

scroll down, and you'll find 3 buttons.

2 buttons (black and brown) link to paypal payment page.

1 button (red) link to Clickbank payment page

Not sure what's wrong with the coding for black and brown buttons, I have lines surrounding the buttons....

how to get rid of them?

thanks for helping

The last one(red) is an <img> tag which has no border applied in the CSS.
But the other two are <input> elements, and have a b order and background applied in your CSS.
input, textarea {
padding: 0.286em;
background: #EEEEEE none repeat scroll 0 0;
border-color: #AAAAAA #DDDDDD #DDDDDD #AAAAAA;
border-style: solid;
border-width: 1px;
color: #444444;
font-size: 1em;
background: #EEEEEE none repeat scroll 0 0;
}
If you'd like to keep the elements as such, the easiest solution would be to apply a class on the two input elements, like

<input type="image" class="image" border="0" alt="PayPal - The safer, easier way to pay online!" name="submit" src="http://stevenlean.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/AddCart_Brown.png"/>
and then add the following into your CSS

input.image {
border:none;
background:none;
}
