View Full Version : IE6 Bug - Wierd ekstra text/line shows

Hi ...

I hope someon can help me figure this one out

At http://www.gordion-pizza.dk/paludan/index.html I have started building a page

It looks god in all browsers but in IE6 i get a wierd extra T on a new line, and i cant see why it show up there

can anybody help me with this "gost" line/Text ??? Why dos it show up ??

It's a known bug of stupid IE, see http://www.positioniseverything.net/explorer/dup-characters.html
Try

Thanks the inline did it :thumbsup:

This bug i havn't seen befor but it dos not supris me :rolleyes:

By testing i did also find another sulution, (not as good but it workd) By simply the width of the links (eg. width 159) or the container div width and padding so that so that there is 1px more space than needed also helpd :confused:

Funny thing is that your link says its trickd by "HTML comments, such as, <!-- end left column -->, sandwiched between floats that come in sequence" but i dont have those ?

Im looking forward to the day where i dont have to think about IE6
