Adding content via CSS?

Hey,

Well I'm using CSS to give a div (Id'd "#mod) special fonts, properties, etc, but I just cannot seem to figure out how to add content via css that will appear in every
<div id="mod">blahblah</div>

I know how to do "#mod { CSS Here", but I cannot figure out how to have that add text in the div without having to add it each time.

this seems one of CSS3 features
something like { content: ...;}
u can refer to HERE (http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/generate.html#content)

it cannot be realized by every main browser, so you'd better not use it right now
