I am using a web template that is styled with strickly CSS. I have a thumbnail and when I click on it it opens up the original size picture. My problem is the thumbnail has a purple frame around it when displayed on my web page. How do I get rid of the purple frame (which reflects the picture is clickable) :thumbsup:

Hello Lipstickgrrl,
Add this to the top of your CSS file -

* {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
border: 0;

That is a CSS Reset. (http://perishablepress.com/press/2007/10/23/a-killer-collection-of-global-css-reset-styles/)

That is a general approach that will remove default margin/padding/border sitewide. To be more specific we would need to see your code to know where to apply a fix.

A simpler and less obtrusive approach would be to remove the border just from the images:

img {border: none;}
