I'm trying to recreate the fade hover effect shown on the menu at the top here http://www.dragoninteractive.com/.

I have found some javascript which looks like it will do the trick.

But being a graphic designer and not a web developer or anything :) it just doesn't work. lol

Currently I have a CSS opacity filter on, but please discard that as it should just show what i am trying to achieve.

This is my very first attempt at Javascript
