Are you in charge of the domain or just the subdomain?

Google Australia can't even find your domain, so there's no chance of finding your subdomain. Perhaps the person in charge of the domain has a robots.txt file that is blocking it.

BTW, the actual domain has only been registered for 9 days (http://www.co.cc/whois/whois.php?domain=highestocean41&button=Whois+Lookup), so give it a bit of time.

It does take a while for Google to add sites to its database, I wonder if this is what has happened.

To speed it up, I would recommend building a sitemap and submitting it to Google Webmaster Tools, which means it will get spidered without it needing to find links to your page. You won't rank highly without good links to you though.

I'd recommend you to make your site semantic (http://boagworld.com/technology/semantic-code-what-why-how) first(if not) and there by allow search engines to crawl your pages easily and index them along with the important keywords.
