First, thanks for all of your help on this forum it's a great service. I found the following scroller which works exceptionally for what I need except for the fact it only works in I.E. Do any of you know what I can do to make it work for Safari & Firefox?

If not do you know of another scroller that works similar to this one? The key factor to this scroller is that it does not affect my CSS background (push things out of alignment.. etc..)

<marquee id="alertit" style="position:absolute;left:0px;top:0;background-color:#FFFFE6" onMouseover="this.scrollAmount=1" onMouseout="this.scrollAmount=speed"></marquee>

Thanks for the reply - the scroller you provided works great but the main scroller I am looking for is an auto news scroll that automatically scrolls news horizontally. Kind of like a news flash.
