change from flash to xhtml

Hello, I've created this in flash http://tinyurl.com/yeukraq and want to change it to be xhtml/css for the obvious SEO reasons. My question would be how do I keep the three menu items centered like that on the event of a browser resize?

You would have to centre the navbar and the text in it with margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center. Is that what you were looking for?
