My current website needs work. I grabbed a free CSS blog and just tossed one up. I know it needs some changes as other professionals advised me. Here is the current one:

I have been advised to make the following changes:
1. Remove donation link.
2. Remove sponser stuff.
3. Check Grammer and spelling.
4. Add images - tech related
5. Remove the 100% american stuff
6. Remove the searchbox
7. Normilize the font sizes
8. flip company name with sales phrase
9. change the menu clicks

Now I have been review professional templates and came across this one that I am considering buying:

It costs about $62.

I'm need to get opinions and if animated portions would be able to be customized by myself to cater to my business.

Feel free to be painfully honest.

I'm so confused by your menu. Is it still a work in progress?

Also, when I clicked on the "I can help!" image button I was redirected to an entirely different website and company. WTF?

These are my opinions ... but "design" is very different from person to person ...

I think it's ugly and the font is way too big and
white text on black background is hard for me to read.

The concept of what you're doing is fantastic.
I think you'll get a lot of customers.

Again my opinion ... pick a template that is white (light) background, not black.

Thanks you two for the review. Did you read the stuff that I am going to change or just look at my website and not read my entire post?

Yes It is a work in progress that I plan on changing.

I listed a template that I am considering buying in the post as well.

If you read my post you will see I am aware of the problems you both mentioned and that I plan on changing them.

The live chat now is an application through a company called crossloop. A very popular chat based technical support client.

My bad, I apologize.
I didn't fully read the post before I replied.

That OSC template you will use looks good.
Again, the concept of your business is great.
You fill a niche that frustrates a lot of people.

Thanks for the compliments. I'm going to get that template customized.
