hi,

I can't get the right layout in the this (http://chateaudemons.com/tmpev/wordpress/dealers/team) page.

It displays as I want in firefox and safari, but not in IE: the text is too far away from the image, as if the margin was measured from the left side of the image and not the left side of the image+text "team" container. And the line is dashed instead of dotted.

The HTML and CSS are shown below.

Anybody can help?

Thank you

<div class="team">
<img width="120" height="179" src="http://chateaudemons.com/tmpev/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/team/kim_sm.jpg" alt="Kim Jensen" /><div class="team-text">
<span class="member_name">Kim Jensen</span>
<span class="member_desc">Director and optometrist</span></div></div>
<div class="team-separator"></div>
<div class="team">

and the CSS:

.team {
margin: 20px 0;
padding: 0;
height:185px;
width:550px;
float:left;
}

.team img {
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
border:3px solid #e2dfdc;
float: left;
}

.team .team-text {
height: 165px;
margin: 0;
padding: 20px 0 0 140px;
}

.team .team-text .member_name {
font-family: Georgia;
font-size: 13px;
font-style: italic;
}

.team .team-text .member_desc {
font-family: Helvetica, Arial;
font-size: 12px;
}

.team-separator {
clear: both;
height: 1px;
width: 500px;
border-bottom:1px dotted #999;
margin: 0;
}

Try

.team .team-text {/*style.css (line 1492)*/
height:165px;
margin-left:130px;
padding-top:20px;
}

Or you can try this:
.team .team-text {
height:165px;
margin-left:20px;
padding-top:20px;
float:left;
width:404px;
}

Nevermind, problem solved already!! :)
