Table of contents and dotted line from left to right

Did I see (once upon a time) a demo of a table of contents that had a line of dots (or dashes) to join the left and right hand elements?
How good is everyone's memory? I can n ot find it using a search here, but I am certain that the Demo was on the CodingForums.

I also do not recall the solution, so if you recall the Demo, can you link it here, please and thanks.
