1) Project Details: I would like to know if anyone would be interested in drawing up a graphic of a small housing development. There are 8 or 9 properties in total with some recreational facilities. I need a (hand drawn?) site plan so prospective visitors can identify which building is which and where the leisure faicilities are in relation to the buildings.

2) Payment Amount: To be discussed

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?): Payment via paypal, required asap

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders): I can give sample urls from similar sites and a google earth location to work from.
Plan will need to be in colour

Please discuss payment amount now, one might assume it is under $100, in which case it should not be a problem to mention a budget. If you are flexible, that would be good to know as well.

I am hoping around $50, but it obviously depends to some extent on the quality of the end product.

Hi there. Are you looking to have something like this (http://www.magazine.uc.edu/exclusives/eastcampus.htm) created for your housing development or are you just looking for an overhead map (non-interactive)?

A cross between that and

as it is a small development out in the countryside, it would be nice if it was prettied up a little with some colour, as there are fields, trees, lake etc.

The example above is good, but I think i may be pushing my luck on the budget to get it in flash!

Well, I could work something up using HTML/CSS and maybe some javascript for image preloading but I can't afford the software for Flash. :(

Can you send me the google earth coordinates and some details? Depending on what you mean by ASAP I may be able to get something together for you... Perhaps over the weekend...

Anyway, are you looking for more of the charcoal/ink on paper look (in other words, "organic" look) of the map in your link as opposed to the more angular/sterile and computer-y look of the map in my link?

I will do a flash one, I have already made a basic sample so you can get an idea of what it will looks like. :)
PM Sent.

Yes you are correct, an organic look would be more suited to this as the properties are in the middle of the countryside.

It would need to look similar in concept to the compton example.

The timescale is not too important at the moment as some other issues have cropped up, and I may have to go away for a couple of weeks, at the end of next week.

This is the google earth view of the site:
