View Full Version : help me please to fix that difference between Firefox and IE

hello,
iam updating my header with search box upon it ,so i made the input text height 30 px and the button pic height gonna be 31 px ,but i got the problem on that addition 1px .

on the Firefox, the 1 px is down . but on the IE the 1 px in up .

i tried so hard to fix that but i didn't succeed , so i attached 2 pics for the Firefox and the IE , beside here is my code , and please help me to fix that , thanks

well, i already just send the full code

and i attached now the header pic , the button pic ,and the html code in txt file.

so just put html file with the pics in the same folder and run it on your localhost

You have over 100 posts here, but you're still not using a doctype? Start with that. Then, search for another subject here that you've ignored: "css reset".

While you're looking around, choose from one of thousands of posts describing the problems with using tables for layout. Your table code is making this simple page more complex and sloppy than it needs to be.
