1) Project Details: (be as specific as possible):

I operate the web site “FILEBOX.COM” which I am planning to develop into a site that is similar to: Mediafire.com, Bandango.com, etc.

Currently, there is a script in place on the website that is a very good “stock” script that was purchased from sibsoft.com.

The script works really good, and I was told was written in PERL.

I am looking for a very smart motivated individual that do the following for me:

1. Modify this existing script(s) to instructions that are provided by me.

a. The site needs to be modified to allow for a better “uploaders rewards” system that will take in consideration the “geo” location of the hit and keep

2. Add custom features to the web site that are currently not available.

a. One of the main features that I want to add is a feature that will convert uploaded videos to FLV and display them in a flash player when loaded.

3. Modify the design of the web site.

a. Add predesigned logo to the site.
b. Add ads the scripts.

4. In the future, design custom desktop applications that will interface with the script(s).

a. Mainly we need an application that will install and upload from the desktop

5. We are also looking for a IPHONE application that will allow uploads and downloads from our users Iphones.

2) Payment Amount:

I have a good sized budget for this project and payment is open for discussion.

3) Payment method/ details (Paypal, check? Timeline?):

Wire Transfer

4) Additional Info (about project or potential bidders):

I am looking for someone to start on this project immediately. Please do not contact me if you are not an EXPERT in perl and immediately start making changes to the site.

I'm interested to know who won this project? The site looks great and I would be interested in contracting this designer for a similar xfilesharing pro project.
