The following would fix,
#bio {
position: inherit;
height: 170px;
width: 256px;
/*padding-left: 286px;*/
margin-left:286px;
padding-top:172px;
}

PS: welcome to CF!

I'd say probably something to do with the CSS declaration:

position: inherit;

Not sure whether that's part of the CSS3 spec, but at the moment the only acceptable values for position are static, relative, absolute and fixed (http://www.w3schools.com/css/pr_class_position.asp).

Change your bio rule to:

#bio {
position: inherit;
height: 170px;
width: 256px;
padding-left: 46px;
padding-top: 172px;
float:left;
}

I don't think so. That CSS is valid (http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww3.cmd.tech.nhl.nl%2Fjong0808%2F&profile=css21&usermedium=all&warning=1&lang=en) and w3 says position can have the value inherit (http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS2/propidx.html).

Though, I don't see any use for that property there and in many other cases of OP's page.

It seemed you were convinced on my suggestion, but please don't edit your post.

Some members might have the same problem as you do.

(You probably missed the notice on the cover page of the CSS2 spec.)

I stand corrected! Thanks :)Just to clarify, all CSS properties have accepted the inherit value since, at least, CSS2 (1998). It just hasn’t been used much since Windows Internet Explorer lacks support for it. On the bright side, Microsoft is supposed to completely support CSS2.1 and, thus, this keyword in WIE8.
