images stretched

Hello everyone,

I´m looking for some help here...I´m working on a 19' wide screen monitor and looking at my personal website I see that the images are stretched. I´ve checked other websites but they don´t seem to have this problem so I believe there´s something wrong with my code. The thumbs and also the images that open in the lightbox are stretched.

Does anyone have any idea? My website is http://www.laertjansen.com/

OK with IE8 - 1024x768 - Windows 7.

It's probably a screen resolution problem. Unfortunately, the various choices available do not have the same aspect ratio.

Fine here: Mac OSX, Safari 3, 1280 x 1024.

What's your screen resolution?

1280x1024. It´s strange cause the other websites are perfect...It´s strecthing mainly the works that open within the lightbox.

To determine whether it's a coding issue or a monitor issue, check your website on a different monitor, preferably more than one. If it looks stretched on all monitors it's a coding issue, if it looks fine in other (as it does in Frank's and mine), then it's a monitor issue.

By the way, which browser are you using to view it?
