Hi,

I'm having a problem with the styling of a script.

http://watch.thetvstop.com/index.php?movie_id=4 click on "view links" next to episode 1.01 you see how the first two links use the style, but the third link "testing" doesn't? What would cause this to happen? and how can I fix this?

I should note that this error only happens in firefox, and oddly it works properly in IE.

Hello theTVStop,

FF v.3.05 here too. Can't see any difference...

The only difference I see is Season in episode 1.01 is green and dbl underlined.

I haven't checked your page, but I'd recommend you to rectify all errors in your markup, before expecting a cross browser support. See http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwatch.thetvstop.com%2Findex.php%3Fmovie_id%3D4&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

Most of those errors come from google search, and linkshare affiliate program.

The rest have been fixed.

I'm still having trouble with things working properly in IE. if you look at the website in firefox: http://watch.thetvstop.com you will see how things are supposed to look.

if you look at the same web url in IE you will notice things are missing ie: the navigation bg,

Then if you click on a show title for this example, in firefox and IE click on "prison break" you will notice once again the navigation bg missing in IE, and that the right sidebar is not where it belongs, and IE also leaves out the "prison break full episodes" title etc.

How can I fix this so that things work the same in both browsers?

both style sheets that are used are valid:

background:url(/menubg.gif)repeat-x; You need a space there before repeat-x, to make it work in IE

Thank you. what about the alignment problems with the "tv schedule" and top 10 tv shows? works fine in firefox.

It's basically due to your approach in making a 2 column layout. To make a 2 coulmn layout, no need to put float+width on both columns. Instead, just apply a float+width on anyone of the columns(preferably the smaller one) and then appy a suitable margin-left/right (the value and direction will depend upon the width and float applied to first one)

Have a look at http://bonrouge.com/2c-hf-fluid(r).php
