Anchor link problem

I have an anchor link from the contact button that should bring the heading: Contact Me to the top of the page. when I click on the button it only brings the page up slightly but not all the way.

It seems that with so many people using web-based email like Gmail, using the mailto: html causes more confusion when that computer doesn't an email program like Outlook Express or Thunderbird Mail. That's why I though to use the anchor link instead.

How do I make the anchor link point to where I want it?

You are hitting the bottom of your page. If you want the Contact Me to be at the very top, you must make your page longer, but then there would be a bunch of white space under your contact me section.

I'd leave it the way it is. (Unless there is more that you want to add at the bottom of the page.)
