on hover, iframe (it's src) inside div, does not get displayed.

Any solution to this ?

IE8.js does not help. IE8.js gets this working FF compatible on IE6.

.flyOutMenu
{
position:absolute;
//background: url(../img/sideMenu.png);
//background-repeat: no-repeat;
height:33px;
...

despite javascript, in CSS the only comment tokens are /* */, not //

<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript">

</script>
I don't see any reference to a .js file in your page. Anyway, why don't you just use some simple javascript code to fix your hover?, say

<script type="text/javascript">
hover = function() {

// code for IE
if(!document.body.currentStyle) return;
var fom = document.getElementById('flyOutMenu');

fom.onmouseover = function() {
this.lastChild.style.display = 'block';
}
fom.onmouseout = function() {
this.lastChild.style.display= 'none';
}

}
window.onload=hover;
</script>

<div class="flyOutMenu" id="flyOutMenu">
..........
